First off, I had been looking for many different styles of stones, and tiles. I ended up speaking to many different sales reps from different locations and I felt that they just wanted to make a sale and not really hear me out nor give me advice, options, etc. That is until I ended up at QDI Surfaces Porcelain. As soon as I stepped inside QDI, they have a huge showroom and not to mention a smaller show room in the back of their warehouse. I was so amazed with their quality products, the way they had it displayed and organized.My sales rep Steve Flores assisted me and started asking me first about my project, he started drawing my project out to better visualize it, Steve then asked me so many questions from color, design, to maintenance. I knew right then and there QDI and Steve was the place and my guy. We ended up a couple of hours there and QDIs product was a hit! Steve made sure everything went smoothly and not to mentioned very cost efficient. Steve went above and beyond with his excellent customer service to make sure our project got done beautifully. He was involved a thousand percent and thanks to QDI and Steve, my wife is happy and project done.Thank you QDI and Thank you Steve.

First off, be aware that the surrounding area is not nice, I would go as far as saying it's dangerous.With that being said, QDI is a neat place to visit and get ideas for pavers, walls and things like that. They have a great display area to let you visualize what a product will look like, the patterns that are available and get ideas.As someone else said, bring your contractor / person doing the work if possible as they can help you decide what can be installed, if it's more money, how it will look, etc...
